What are your fees and do you accept NDIS funding?
yes i accept NDIS funding. My fees are $145 for a 1 hr session
Do i need a specific diagnosis to see a counsellor?
No diagnosis is needed. If you are expereincing challenges with your emotions, struggling with anxiety, depression, stress managment, relationships and so forth, then counselling can support you.
What approaches or therapies do you use?
I tailor my approach to you, using evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy narrative therapy, and psychosocial recovery coaching. My goal is to find what works best for your unique needs.
Is what I share confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of counselling. I will always explain any legal limits to confidentiality, such as safety concerns.
