How counselling can support you

 Emotional Regulation-Understanding your triggers

One of the core areas individuals come for counselling supports is emotional regulation. We all can experience intense emotions that can be difficult to manage. I can  support you to develop personalised strategies for understanding and regulating these emotions, helping to reduce stress and improve overall emotional well-being.

I use techniques that are proven to be effective in helping you recognise emotional triggers, develop coping mechanisms, to support you to have emotional balance.

Communication-

and relationship support

Clear communication is the key to improved relationships. This sounds simple, yet can be hard to follow through. Together we look at ways to  enhance social communication skills and fostering meaningful connections.

Boost your self-confidence and improve your social skills. Learn to read social cues, express your feelings clearly, and know when to ask for clarification. Strengthening these skills can help you build deeper, more positive relationships with the people who matter most to you.
