Emotional Regulation

One of the core areas we focus on in Counselling Autism is emotional regulation. Individuals on the autism spectrum often experience intense emotions that can be difficult to manage. Our counsellor works with you to develop personalized strategies for understanding and regulating these emotions, helping to reduce stress and improve overall emotional well-being.

We use a range of therapeutic techniques that are proven to be effective in helping individuals with autism recognise emotional triggers, develop coping mechanisms, to support them to have emotional balance in everyday situations.
